I began my career in Home Lending in 1999, shortly after obtaining my California Real Estate License. Over the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to work for every type of lending platform, from Broker to Direct Lender, and Wholesale Lender to Big National Bank. Those different lending platforms provided me with invaluable mortgage knowledge and experience, which has enabled me to help many families with their Home Financing when purchasing or refinancing their homes. After doing some market research, I realized that I could actually help more people and offer better rates by being a broker, instead of working for a bank or a direct lender. So in 2014, I decided to go back to being a Loan Broker, which is where I started my career. That was the best thing I could have done for my clients and my career. Instead of only being able to offer one bank, or lender's products, I can now shop amongst hundreds of different wholesale lenders for the best rate for my clients.
